Refund & Return Policy

At Thikra Store, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned in full.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Note: Used, physically damaged, water-damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Earphones / Headphones / AirPods / In-Ear Devices
  • Screen Protectors & Opened Cases
  • Personal Care & Hygiene Devices
  • Software Licenses / Digital Subscriptions

3. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies), provided the returned item meets the eligibility criteria above.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 60 days.


4. Defective or Faulty Products

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may:

  • Request a replacement
  • Ask for free repair under warranty (where applicable)

We will inspect the device to confirm the issue. Physical or liquid damage is not covered under warranty.


5. Return & Inspection Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
  2. Our team will verify and approve your return request.
  3. The product will be inspected upon arrival.
  4. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Inspection typically takes 1–3 business days.


6. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.


7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped at no cost.
