2. Delivery Time
- Same-Day Delivery in Ajman and Sharjah (for orders placed before 3:00 PM).
- 1–2 Business Days for Dubai and other nearby Emirates.
- 2–4 Business Days for remote areas.
Delivery times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-volume sale periods.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery for orders above AED 199 within the UAE.
- Orders below AED 199 will incur a small delivery fee (shown at checkout).
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) may include an additional AED 10 handling charge.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.
- For any changes or address updates, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
