1. Warranty Coverage

a. Brand Warranty

Many of our products come with a manufacturer or brand warranty (e.g., Powerology, Green Lion, Porodo, Baseus, etc.).
The coverage and duration depend on the specific brand’s warranty terms — usually ranging from 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

b. Thikra Store Warranty

For products not covered by a manufacturer warranty, Thikra Store provides a limited 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.


2. Warranty Includes

  • Manufacturing or internal technical defects.
  • Battery or charging issues not caused by misuse.
  • Product malfunction under normal usage conditions.

3. Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents, or screen breaks.
  • Water, heat, or liquid damage.
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Accessories such as cables, screen protectors, or cases (unless stated otherwise).
  • Software issues, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty service or repair:

    • Order number or purchase receipt.
    • Product name and description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or short video showing the defect.
  3. Our technician will inspect and confirm eligibility under the warranty.

5. Repair or Replacement Options

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair the item if the issue can be fixed.
  • Replace the item if repair is not possible and a replacement is available.
  • If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we may offer a store credit or refund based on the product’s current value.

Repairs may take 7–15 business days, depending on the brand and availability of parts.


6. Service & Handling Charges

  • For out-of-warranty repairs, a diagnostic or service fee may apply.
  • Products not covered by warranty (due to damage or misuse) can still be repaired at a reasonable cost.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery/shipping charges when sending products for inspection or repair.

  • Tampering with serial numbers or labels voids the warranty.
  • Always keep your invoice or purchase receipt — it is required for any warranty claim.
